These terms apply when you use greekonion.com ("GreekOnion", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. Who can use GreekOnion
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to take part in sports betting where you live. Don't use GreekOnion where that's illegal.
2. What we provide
GreekOnion publishes football match analysis and predictions made by software from public football data. We are not a bookmaker, we don't take bets, and we don't hold your money.
3. No guarantees, not advice
Predictions are opinions about uncertain events. Picks lose as well as win, confidence scores are estimates rather than promises, and past results don't guarantee future results. Nothing on GreekOnion is financial advice. Any decision you make, including any bet, is yours alone.
4. Subscription and billing
The subscription costs ₦18,000 a month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
5. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy, email [email protected] from your account email within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Later monthly renewals aren't refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next one.
6. Your account
Keep your password private. One subscription is for one person. Don't share your login, resell, republish or copy our picks or analysis in bulk. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Our content
The analysis, design and text on GreekOnion belong to us. Team and competition names belong to their owners and are used only to identify matches. We're not affiliated with any league, club or competition.
8. Availability and data
We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but football data can be delayed or wrong, and the site can be unavailable at times. Matches are sometimes skipped when the data is thin, so the number of picks varies daily.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for any losses from using our predictions, including betting losses. If we're found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell subscribers by email or on the site. Continuing to use GreekOnion after a change means you accept it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
